What PSW subscription is

Pakistan Single Window provides a digital environment for parties involved in cross-border trade. Subscription is an identity and access process, not a guarantee that every product can be imported or exported without further permission.

The business should first confirm its legal and tax identity, authorised person and contact details. Regulated goods may involve additional departments, licences, certificates or product-specific conditions.

02

Current subscription sequence

PSW's official guidance describes online submission of identity and business information, payment through a PSID, verification by one-time passwords and biometric verification. The current official subscription fee and renewal terms should always be checked on PSW before payment.

  • CNIC and NTN or relevant SECP number
  • Mobile number and email controlled by the applicant
  • Accurate business particulars
  • PSID payment
  • Biometric verification through the designated channel
03

Prepare the business beyond the login

Import or export activity can also require contracts, product classification, banking arrangements, logistics documents, tax records and compliance with the relevant regulating agency. A PSW user account is one part of that operating framework.

04

Renewal and control

PSW states that subscription validity is time-limited and provides a renewal process. Businesses should control the registered mobile, email and authorised-user access, and update records when the authorised person or company information changes.
