A power of attorney allows another person to act within the authority granted. It should identify the principal, attorney, property or matter and permitted acts precisely. A broad instrument can create unnecessary risk, while a narrow instrument that omits a required act can delay the matter.
Plan the authentication route
Execution outside Pakistan can require notarization, consular or embassy authentication and further local steps depending on the country, instrument and intended use. Confirm the current route before signing, because correcting an overseas document later can be slow.

Keep the original and verified copies, document all instructions and payments, and use traceable channels. Consider whether sale proceeds should go directly to the principal rather than through the attorney. Revoke and notify relevant parties if authority ends.
